I already thought so. And in case of The Nine the chances are even slimmer. Because the longer the break the harder it would be to get into it again. I wish they had made it like NBC did it with Kidnapped or FOX with Vanished. Producing 13 episodes and burn them off on the net. Giving it a decent ending and selling it on DVD in the end. But at the moment it doesn't look like it will go this way. :(
