Oh my gosh, I wrote a Martha/Aaron story :O
I'm still in shock that I was able to do it. Usually his character is impossibly hard to pen dialogue for but this time I kind of found my way around it. First of all, he only has a few one liners at the end of the story and second it's mostly inner dialogue of how Martha thinks of her life now that her marriage is over. Though it pained me to write a few one liners that took a stab at Charles, it was necessary for the validity of the storyline. And it was just fun :P Don't get me wrong...I love Charles but it's amusing to poke fun at people you love sometimes. I don't think I could do that with Aaron...he's too perfect...and serious :) Though Martha has fun getting under his skin *giggles* At any rate, I started this idea because of a Christmas Fic exchange on the FLOSS boards and I wanted to contribute a story but didn't want to disappoint someone if it didn't turn out right (My Aaron writing block and all). However, I found the perfect outline of an idea and spent the better part of today handwriting the scenes out before transferring to Microsoft Word and then the board itself. There were some grammar and spelling mistakes but I think the spirit of the piece was pretty much on Target. The girls liked it and that's all that matters :) Hopefully I can write something else as inspiration returns!
So let's see...Sunday...and on Sundays I provide you with another link to a 24 website. I'll have to check my bookmarks to see what's next...ah here it is: http://www.24fanfiction.com/. It's a small site but there a few good stories and a nice list of links for graphics and discussion boards. Check it out especially if you like one of the popular pairings such as Michelle/Tony or Audrey/Jack. Not updated too frequently but the layout is nice :)
I want to kick myself now...very hard! I was so busy listening to 24 commentary that I missed the first ten minutes of Brothers & Sisters. *cries* Fortunately, there were alot of scenes with Holly and Saul. Patricia Wettig did an Emmy worthy scene when Sally came and tried to convince her that the family needed her to sell the land. And OMG Sarah was such a shrew! I know she hates Holly for being her father's mistress but she should have masked her contempt better. Least favorite character starting today!! The whole going over the top with the two holidays was not that good and I don't think Sally was at her best (EXCEPT when she left the room when they were hoping to get an extension on Justin's leave before he goes back to the military and she didn't want to be disappointed...awww I wanted to cry with her *sniff sniff*). THAT was classic Sally. Best best BEST moment was Saul saying the Jewish blessing and lighting the lights. Oh he's SO MUCH better here than in Alias. I never could trust him in Alias but here I trust him a little bit more even though he could STILL be up to no good. *happy sigh* I love him I love him I love him :) Not as much as Greg but I love him all the same :)

Just go away...I've made enough decisions for ten lifetimes...

Thank you, thank you, thank you! *hugs* I totally own you and I seriously can't thank you enough. And OMG I am so sorry that you had to pay so much for sending it here. :(
The card is awesome, I love it. It's gonna join the other Christmas cards I already got this year and now I'm gonna put up the calendar somewhere in my bedroom as I already have a regular, less-distracting one to put over my desk. How awesome is the calendar? Seriously, it rocks... I spent almost half an hour staring at all the pretty pictures and everything. My favorite month is, of course, September. ^_^
Again, thank you so much. I really own you for doing it and I hope you'll get my card some time this week too as I've sent it away last Wednesday.
