Well, um, perhaps i'm a little less forgiving than you :P I'm pretty judgemental. Actually, very. I suppose. I'm pretty blunt most of the time aswell, so if someone does something that annoys me or disgusts me, i'm all for giving them a mouthful. eg. I told an lj friend to shove it today because i'm sick of hearing her drunken adventures (mind you, of which there were only two). I know it's probably not the wisest course of action, but I drum up justification for it by telling myself what I judge on is a pretty darn reasonable and logical set of beliefs.
So I um, love someone whilever they are being good, but give up on them pretty quickly when things head downhill. Sounds disastrously bad of me when you put it like that, but I don't think a relative level of human perfection is too much to ask. Saying nobody's perfect only makes it more acceptable to do bad things, imo.
