Found a FANTASTIC song today for my M/C ship. Chasing Cars by Snow Patrol. I had heard it before but it just brought up everything I was thinking for my couple. I thought of Martha going through her breakdowns in the early part of their marriage and Charles just comes and lays down beside her so she knows that she’s not alone. Maybe after they learn the news of their son’s death. When words are not enough and you just need someone to hold you…when you feel your world come crashing down around you…just stay by my side and never leave. *happy sigh*

Well, I decided to skip Chinese class today. We just were having a test and I wasn’t in the mood for the test. I’m just using the class to brush up on my vocabulary…it’s not to be meant like school. Plus the teacher is not very good. Her pronunciation just confuses me more. The good news: I was able to complete Federal Income Tax. Still need to find one more form before I can send it in but will ask my boss when I go in tomorrow because she used to file taxes J Looks like I’ll be getting something back!

So there are still no new shows to watch but I never saw the premiere of Brothers and Sisters and decided to watch it on the streaming feed from ABC.

First of all, the feed is HORRIBLE. It kept stopping and starting every few minutes but I managed to get most of what they were saying in Patriarchy (Episode 1.1). The set up was fantastic with Kitty and her family. I loved the Kitty/Justin. I want a brother like that! *giggles* William Walker was such a great character! It’s so sad they killed him off. I LOVED his scenes with Sally. They are the perfect match! Nora/Kitty scenes were kind of awkward and Justin being high most of the time was kind of boring. However, the ending of the episode made up for everything else! The slow music, Sarah’s revelation, and then William’s dramatic drop into the pool…perfect! Side note: Holly was not likable in this episode AT ALL!

Well, someone pointed me in the direction of another hilarious site: Tvgasm Recaps. They have one for 24 and they’re VERY funny! The one had great comments on Martha’s love of fruit. You have to love these independent review sites popping up to poke holes and make fun of the show all in good humor. If you need a laugh, check it out at this link: Tvgasm Recaps of 24.

I could be facing a long night of torture and all I can think of is Martha...

Your Chinese class has tests? But that's so high pressure for a free-time thing! And it sucks about your teachers pronunciation - all through public school I had problems with my Spanish teachers where they either couldn't speak Spanish well enough or couldn't speak English well enough for me to understand. Which is probably why I can speak very little Spanish despite having taken it for eight years.

That's why I skipped. I just want to have fun...no pressure :D Doesn't it stink when they're teaching you a language they themselves are not the best with? *shakes head* Anyways I'm still learning some useful things so when I take a class for real I'll be sort of familiar with the material!
