He is risen!!
This is one of the best days of the year because on this day Jesus rose from the grave. The sacrifice at the Cross would have been for nothing if he had remained in the tomb but once he transcended death itself we were able to finally enter into a full relationship with God and not worry about keeping the law with sacrifices and priests. Jesus became our ambassador and we could finally enjoy everything God had to offer! Isn’t it great?
So we’re still looking for a church and didn’t go to Easter service. Mom was up early to start on the dinner and we all helped by pealing potatoes and making cornbread. It was great to sit down and just have a wonderful family meal together. There was so much to be thankful for and I was glad to have family to be with when so many are either fighting with their loved ones or can’t be with them at this time. *hugs to everyone for the Easter season*
We did manage to have a little fun like watch an animated film I rented earlier in the week.
Ok, I never knew Ashton Kutcher was so funny. Seriously! He played the reindeer in Open Season and was absolutely, positively hilarious!!! The guy has great comedic chops and his voice goes all over the place. It was funny because he was wigging out while Martin Lawrence was playing the bear with some reserve. Definitely a different turn for these guys. Favorites scenes were behind the curtain when it looked like the bear was ripping out the deer’s intestines but it was just rope and then the splatter of paint across the curtain that appeared to be blood. The bear going to the bathroom…in the woods…and looking for a toilet *giggles* The flood from the destruction of the beaver dam, the trek across the woods, the attack on the hunters. From start to finish, it was funny. Check it out if you have the time!
And then there was that great little show that comes on Sunday Nights at 10 PM…
Ok, seriously, Peter Coyote is incredibly hot. He can so do the earring thing with such panache and I love how his acting abilities match Sally’s own. They are both deep actors and can go head to head wonderfully. A picnic lunch! How cute is that and then his little speech about life after his wife died. They really connected…much better than Treat Williams. I’m not sure as good as Tom Skerritt but we shall see. Unfortunately, some spoilers have me worried but I’ll take what I can get now J And he’s a literature professor which I’ve always found to be quite attractive!
So the episode was 1.18 and called “Three Parties” for a reason. The other two parties were attended by Kitty and Sarah at some keg thing they found while Kitty is interviewing people in MacAllister’s hometown. It was not that attractive to see either very drunk and not that funny. However I did like how Kitty saw a good side to the Senator and he kept the woman from getting an abortion *squeee* He’s my kind of guy J His lines at the end with Kitty were just…guh! I wish I liked Calista Flockheart more so I could do some mad shipping of those two. The other party was with Rebecca and not that interesting. Cute that Justin defended her though she WAS high. I liked Nora’s interaction with Rebecca at the house about William and her cuddling the two boys after what they went through that night. Definitely Sally’s night!
I found another wonderful tutorial that’s great with bases that have a character standing to the side. You can then put this tiny text layer and a shape of your choice to the side to produce the following results. Tell me what you think. They’re all of Charles because those were my best bases J Planning to use this tutorial in other great shots!

And that's that. Nothing more to say or post :)

You are SO busted!
