Then look no further than the official boards for the 24 Insider.  Unfortunately you do have to register before you can see the forums but they are well worth it I promise you.  Plenty of spoiler discussions, polls to take part in, and heated debates to watch from the sidelines or join in the fun.  And if you don't like spoilers, they have sections where you can discuss 24 in peace.  I personally like the Cast and Crew forum because you can rave about your favorite couple, post screenshots as people write captions underneath, and BEST OF ALL the rules protect you from others attacking the couple you like...no matter how improbable and unpopular it is.  Martha and Charles for instance :)

Finally and most importantly, they have a killer fan fiction section with all kinds of stories that should suit anyone who ventures in.  There are romantic tales, novel length epics, edge of your seat screenplays, and amusing parodies.  The fan art section sports some wonderful siggymakers who create fan fic posters, forum signatures, and website banners.  There are also other forms of media like fan videos and such.  So if any of this has peaked your interest, come and check it out :)
